Who Could Benefit From a PASS?

Someone who -

1 - has income other than SSI or public assistance to put into   
      the PASS - usually wages. savings, or an SSDI check

2 - is otherwise SSI eligible after putting that income into the     
      PASS

3 - can live on SSI

4 - has a work goal - a job or a business

5 - can keep records, or has someone who can keep records    
      for him/her

6 - needs something for the work goal that a PASS could pay   
     for - often a vehicle, computer, education, tools,  etc.
